Is there a physical card option?
We only do digital (emailed PDF). If you need a printable version to slip into a birthday card, just print the PDF we send.
Can the recipient pay the difference if they want a bigger group than the gift card covers?
Yes. At booking, they enter the gift code and pay any remaining balance with a credit card.
What if the card is lost or the code stolen?
Call us. We can cancel the old code and reissue a new one as long as it hasn’t been redeemed.
